Hi my name is Gary Sherwood and I run the Great Little Movers programme. Great Little Movers builds on every child’s natural interest in movement and sport – great for all round physical development.  Our qualified class leader gives lessons once a week at each nursery  - exclusively to Complete Childcare nurseries.

To the right of the screen I am pictured with the Great Little Movers mascot - his name is Zac and he comes to every GLM class to join in the fun.  

GLM is unique to Complete Childcare nurseries, and targets the physical and sporting development of children at or beyond the toddling stage.

It is an extension to our regular childcare and developmental activities and is included in your nursery fees.

There is no fixed ‘formula’, or ‘syllabus’ – everything we do is shaped around the capabilities and development needs of the children in the class, in line with other planned activities in each nursery.

Class groups are determined by capability; so children are challenged but not pushed ahead of their natural abilities.

The GLM class leader is part of the whole team which has responsibility for every child in our care.
