We have made some temporary changes to how we operate our nurseries in response to the Covid-19 pandemic

You can find here an outline Standard Operating Procedure which relates to the key considerations all our nurseries will make in re-opening and/or transitioning from ‘emergency childcare’ operations. Each nursery is developing its own variant on the SOP which reflects its own physical layout and room configuration. We will advise you more locally of the details of how each nursery is going to be operating, although some basics will always apply – such as the dropping off and picking up children at the nursery entrance instead of inside.

Our new procedures

We are maintaining Covid secure practices in our nurseries and really value your help for the benefit of the nursery community as a whole. Please view the video on our Facebook page here which introduces some new procedures - including what to expect when dropping off and collecting your child at the nursery.

We have developed our planning and new operating procedures to ensure we can provide the very best level of Early Years Care and Education that the children deserve and that enables families to get safely back to work whilst ensuring all appropriate consideration is given to how we support ongoing measures in the UK’s response to COVID-19.

New families

We are conducting tours of our nurseries and settling in new children a little differently at the moment; please get in touch with the nursery manager for more information.
