At Complete Childcare we are celebrating an 'Apprenticeship Month' to showcase our fantastic apprentices - we started with a coffee afternoon this week at Abacus Day Nursery & Pre-School in Newbury, where two of our apprentices met with Louise from head office to have a chat about how their studies and their plans for the future!
We have further coffee meet-ups planned for our other sites throughout February, with the aim of bringing apprentices together to meet not only with their peers from their own nursery, but also those based at other Complete Childcare settings.
At Complete Childcare we are fully committed to developing our staff and apprenticeships offer a great opportunity to get hands on experience whilst gaining a valuable qualification, building confidence and learning skills to enable them to progress professionally.
