We’re delighted to introduce Complete WellCare – our enhanced wellbeing offer designed to support our staff when they need it most.
This initiative offers paid sick days, virtual GP access - which gives quick and easy medical advice when you need it, and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which offers confidential support for mental health, wellbeing, financial matters and more. In addition to this we commit to offering ongoing wellbeing support through our management and leadership teams, as well as support for staff when covering at other settings.
